About

I am a Land Atmosphere Scientist at the UK Centre for Ecology & Hydrology (UKCEH), working in the Climate System group. I use Earth Observation data to investigate interactions between the land surface and the atmosphere.

Previously, I was a PhD student at the University of Reading’s Department of Meteorology, researching the energetics of tropical cyclone intensification. Before starting my PhD, I graduated from the University of Warwick with an integrated Master’s degree in Mathematics and Physics.

In my spare time I play for Phoenix Reading Hockey Club, and enjoy reading and writing science fiction and fantasy.
